posted by StevePosted by Steve on March 9, 2003: It has come to my attention that when I posted the new comic on Friday, the link to it in my little news post worked, but I didn't update the Latest Comic link to point to the new one. As usual, I blame this entirely on Bob. Truth be told, I usually make at least 5 errors on any given update, but Bob is usually online at the time to point them out. So, since Bob wasn't online Friday when I updated, I was left to update unsupervised, and you see where that got us. I hope you can live with yourself, Bob.

Anyway, for people tried to get to the new comic thru the "Latest Comic" link, it works now. For those that followed the link through the news post, well, I just wasted about five minutes of your time. Of course, in a way that's Bob's fault too.

posted by StevePosted by Steve on March 7, 2003: Well, according to my calender it's Friday, and you know what that means: time for some funny. I'm actually going to talk about the comic in this little post for a change, so you might want to check it out first before reading any further.

Upon further review of said calender, it's appears that this strip marks the one year anniversary of the comic. So yay us and all that. Seriously though, this comic has been really fun, and I think I should thank you guys for reading it.

Yes, it's true. After much debate, we decided that it was time to retire the trusty crowbar. It was cool and all, but we just think that there's more that can be done with the new weapon. (As you'll see in the coming months)

The eagle eyed will also notice that Steve has lost the hair. Basically, we just never really got the look right, and it seemed to go back and forth between looking like long hair tied back, (which is what it's supposed to be) and a mullet. (which is very much not what it was supposed to be) Actually, I wasn't even going to bother mentioning it, but Bob wanted me to so no one thought he just fucked up or anything.

Enjoy.

The IMDB has an interesting poll on the worst of 2002. While I definitely agree with some of them (Crossroads for instance, and that horrible Scooby-Doo flick) some of them just don't make sense. I mean, I wasn't a huge fan of Spider-Man, but how Willem Dafoe gets nominated for worst supporting actor, or how it gets nominated for worst visual effects, is beyond me. I mean, if anything, go after Tobey Maguire. (sorry, but he just killed that movie for me)

Anyway, why are you still here? The Gord has updated! Go take in the wonder that is the Gord, and we'll meet back here next friday. Okay?
