Posted by Bob on September 8, 2006: While Link has a new car in today's comic, he's not the one who really got the car. Granted, I bet the real new car looks better than the piece of shit I drew though. No matter how hard I try, I just can not draw a good looking car. I will say though that Bob in panel 6 is probably the best I've ever drawn him. That's how I picture him when I draw this comic, and that's probably the only time he's ever come out looking exactly how I think he should.
As you can tell, the hand lettering thing continues. I enjoy doing this, and I like how it looks. I don't know which I prefer though...the big/small way I used last week, or the mainly all caps way I did this week's comic. What do you think? Feel free to let me know.
Oh, and I know Link doesn't know much about video games. I know it may seem strange that he's wearing a Triforce shirt. Well, shut up. His name is Link. It's allowed.
So, as most of us know, the reviews on Amazon tend to be retarded. Half the time, it seems like the reviewers don't even know what the thing they're talking about is. That being said, at least this guy is honest about it. I love that every single review he has written starts off with "I have not read this book..." What's really crazy is that a lot of people found his reviews helpful.
Anyone interested in knowing where and when your Mac was made? Sadly enough, this is the kind of thing I will always download. For those keeping track at home, the program doesn't know where it was built, but it was built between 6/21/04 and 6/27/04. And it doesn't show up as stolen, which is a plus, I guess.
Two years, huh? Does this mean I need to upgrade now? Honestly, I was looking at the Mac Minis and the Macbooks, but the program I use the most is Photoshop. Well, Photoshop isn't a Universal App, so on an Intel mac, (at least on my parent's iMac,) it draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags. It goes faster on my Mac, which is a 1.25 Ghz processor with 1GB of ram. So I suppose I oughta wait until Photoshop goes Universal then hit the Torrent Sites. Err, I mean buy it. That's it. That's it exactly.
Here's a collection of street signs. Yep, street signs. Exciting, isn't it? Well, there's some funny ones in there, that's why I linked it, dammit! Although, you've probably seen all of these already, they've been online forever. I wonder if all of these are real though. They look it, but things are easy to Photoshop.
I'm sure Eminem is really proud he can influence people like this guy. I love how his insult to Sharon Osbourne is that "Your daughter Kelly? She's got more talent than a piece of shit on my shoe." What the hell does that mean?
And that's all I've got. But before I leave, I will share with you my favorite commercial running right now.
