Posted by Bob on June 14, 2002: Ah, this was a fun one. My plan was to make myself look as mad as I could at all times. The Creed logo on panel 3 comes from a woman's Creed shirt, because, well, I thought it would be funnier that way. In case you don't get the rabid fan's motions, that upward moving fist clenched motion is Scott Stapp's trademark. In the video for "My Sacrifice," he does that 28 times.(note: if you're going to try counting that for yourself, remember to look for him at the back of the bus, he does it a bunch there...on second thought, WHY would you count this? -Ed.) In case you are worried, Steve counted that. Not me. Also, if it is not clear, I am leaping over the counter to kick the guy in the face in the last panel.

Posted by Bob on April 27, 2004: This is probably my favorite comic up until now. Granted, I'm only three months into the archive, but still. I remember dying of laughter when Steve sent this comic over to me. I wasn't sure what I was gonna fill up the other three panels with, but I absolutely knew the third panel had to be the guy doing the Scott Stapp special with tears running down his face. It was actually the first part I drew of this comic. Back when I was doing the three or four panel comics in the beginning, I only drew one panel per page, so I could get it nice and big and work in detail. Lot of good that did me, eh! Heh, it really didn't work out so well. Anyway, that was the first thing I drew because I could totally see it in my head and I needed to get it out on paper. Whenever people first start reading the comic and have to go through the archives, this one is the one that invariably gets mentioned.
