I mean sure, as the writer the dialogue is more a concern for me than the art, but Bob just goes too far sometimes. But hey, I'm picky with exactly what words the characters say, so I guess it's all the same.

Basically, this is from a conversation Steve and I had about the art in the comic. I am a person who likes to fill each panel/page/whatever with as much information as possible. Steve is more of the Kevin Smith "Just make them say my words!" type of guy, so he thinks I am nuts.

Everyone has a little 'Too much Attention to Detail' in them." Out of all the comics we have in our ever increasing archive, we hold this one up as an example of our absolute worst. I've tried to not say anything bad about the comics on the front page anymore; If I don't like my work, why should anyone else? But this comic is just impossible to defend. While it does shed a bright halogen light on my particular neurosis of everything being perfectly lined up and alphabatized, it's not necesarily funny, and from what I understand, people want humor webcomics to deliver with the funny. Like I say though, it's a totally true comic. I need things lined up and in order. I don't like blank space unless it is absolutely needed. You don't know how many times I've told Steve to redo the site a little bit. Designs, colors, whatever. I need something with a bit more flash.
