 Posted by Bob on September 10, 2004: Hey all. As far as I know, today's comic springs from last week's comic. Originally, Steve and I were talking about KOTOR, and Steve said how everyone in movies with a scar is a bad guy. I asked what about Slugworth. Steve said he wanted to be evil, and I kind of agreed. I mean, what kind of guy confronts children in dark alleys and whispers into their ears? He's a stone pervert, that's all. Anyway, originally, Slugworth was gonna be the guy in question last week, but then Steve came up with Inigo Montoya, so we were able to save Slugworth for this week's comic. I kinda like this comic. I was able to draw Wonka's factory, and I repainted the break room in the store. That blue-green is similar to my bedroom, so I figured why not make it that color in the store.
And because I liked the way this comic turned out, I cropped two of the panels so we could get a better look at 'em. Here's one and here's the other. They're kinda big...1000 pixels wide, but I think they look okay.
Here's a little PSA from me to you. DON'T use your cell phones in a loud, obnoxious way, because they do not like it. Dunno how real this thing is, but hey, it makes me laugh.
Oh, and before I forget, Amanda-Charo. I hope this clears up any confusion you may have had.
I've meant to throw this link out for a while, but I kept forgetting, so I wrote it down. The note says "Link NH." That does make lots of sense to me, actually. It means I want to point everyone to the site of Nick Hebert, Downforwardpunch. Nick used to be part of Blankpagestudios, but now that it's gone, he's on his own with his own site that is much much better than mine, also with art that blows mine away.
