Why Starfox Sucks

Posted by Steve on May 10, 2002: Oh how I hate this game. If there's one game where I just don't "get it", it's Starfox. Anywho, this was just a conversation between me and Bob that I made into a script. Personally, I think you should see some of our eyes, but Bob says no. Eh, he's the artist. I'm just the writer, the brains, the looks, etc.

Posted by Bob on May 10, 2002: Hey, when we are right, we are right. Man, the Starfox series sure does suck. And yet it gets heaps of accolades thrown at it. Why? I don't know. Maybe because Nintendo made it and people assume everything Nintendo does is good. I do not know for sure, but that is my theory. Anyway, this is my favorite kind of strip, as I barely have to draw anything! Gotta love Photoshop; copy, paste, copy paste, copy, paste....

Posted by Bob on April 27, 2004: If there's one thing I would have done differently with this comic from day one until now, it's the fact that I pasted Video Game covers and movies and cds into the background. It makes the comics look a bit dated now; Granted, the art here is still from the Jurassic period, but the paste jobs don't help things any. This comic, I tried to compensate for the small font in the last one, but ended up making it too big. The comic itself was very easy, for incredibly obvious reasons. This was one before the store got it's brand new wall mounted plasma tv. At the time of this comic, I had no idea where this tv counter even was. We decided to do a comic that needed a TV, so I threw this together figuring "Fuck it, I'll figure this out later." I've probably changed it ten times since.
