Steve: Very much the Chuck D to Bob's Flava Flav, it's a wonder how Steve has any sanity left. Often getting unwillingly dragged into Bob's plans, he's the straightman just going along making sure too many people aren't hurt. Unless of course, they deserve it.

Joe Armstrong: After many painstaking hours of poring over applications, including a crazed bus driver and God himself, Joe was hired to help out around the store. However, within minutes of starting, he's become Bob's primary source of humiliating entertainment. Very much the forgotten man of Relentless Records, Joe oftentimes just pops up out of nowhere, then disappears again for weeks. He's also much shorter than anyone else in the store.

Jessie Barrett: Recruited by corporate after a few too many complaints by customers about Bob's violent temper, Jessie usurped Bob's position as the ringleader of the Relentless Records circus. While the two seemed to clash at first, a truce has been struck between them in more recent times. Her hairstyle has changed numerous times, so she really doesn't look like she does in this picture anymore.

Lincoln "Link" Williams: The newest employee at Relentless records, Link was originally hired due to his imposing physical presence. That didn't work out however, and now Link is a part of the regular Relentless Records family. Link is also a walking musical dictionary. There's not a music fact he does not know.

Colossus: Colossus has undergone quite the transformation since he originally arrived at Relentless Records. Originally intended as a generic Ticketlord machine, he has become much much more. Bob tried to sabotage him so no one could buy tickets from the machine, but in doing this it gained sentience and was immediately born with a vendetta against Bob. In time, the home office decided that the machine was outdated and had it replaced.. Through some quick thinking, Colossus was able to survive, take over the new machine and was able to continue his war against the man who, in effect, created him.

Retail Avenger: Whenever a small child is knocking over a store display, he is there. Whenever an annoying housewife won't hang up her cell phone at the register, he is there. Whenever a clueless husband walks into a store on February 13th asking "What would my wife like?" He is there. Because he is the Retail Avenger! The Retail Avenger stalks stores to fight for the common employee, because he knows the customer is not always right. Either that, or the whole "Retail Avenger" thing is a hallucination brought on by Bob painting the break room with no ventilation.

Retail Avenger (imposter): Not many people know of the mysterious second Retail Avenger. To tell the truth, the only people who know of the second Retail Avenger's existence are the same two people that know of the first. Why Jessie decided to follow in Bob's footsteps is relatively unknown, but she has said she only wanted to help Bob out of a jam. Bob does not approve of someone stealing his alter ego but has done nothing to stop it.
